Wegenast House, 217 King Street South
"Rosedene" was built in 1894 for George Wegenast, General Manager of Mutual Life. Architecturally unique in wooden detailing. The first storey is constructed of red brick, the second storey is faced with siding, and there is shingle siding in the attic gables.
