Historic Waterloo

Built by Charles Moogk, Jr. in 1906. This house was the residence of Sgt.-Major William Chivers between the early 1920s and his death in 1953. Chivers served in the Boer War and in India, and was the first Waterloo resident to enlist in World War I. He was a soccer star in India during his service there, captaining a championship team. This building was the home of Mini Car Collectibles from 2000 to 2019.
