An Italianate house built in 1886. It was originally the residence of Jacob Snider, son of Samuel S. Snider, and was located on a large farm. In 1966 it was purchased by its current owners, Bob and Marg Rowell. The enclosed front porch added in the 1920s or 1930s was removed in 2009, when the house was restored to something more closely resembling its original appearance.
