In 1902, the first portion of what is now the Erb Street Mennonite Church was built, to replace the David Eby Church located at what is now the corner of Erb Street West and Fischer-Hallman Road (only the cemetery remains there today). Several additions have been made to the church over the years; additions at the front of the church bear the dates 1949 and 1977.
